Kam Shah has been involved in principal investing and investment banking since 2006. He currently serves on the boards of Advarra, Aptitude Health, Aspirion, Klick Health, Relevate Health, RQM+ and Young Innovations. He previously served on the board of directors for HydraFacial, Statlab and SeraCare Life Sciences. Prior to joining Linden in 2009, he was a Private Equity Associate at Sun Capital Partners, Inc. Mr. Shah began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he focused on M&A advisory, capital raising and leveraged buyout transactions.

Mr. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with high honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
